Overview
This comprehensive two-day hybrid conference, available both in-person and via live webinar, will provide an overview of travel medicine and global health. It is designed for non-specialist physicians and other health professionals interested in these fields. With growing interest in international travel, clinicians must be prepared to identify, diagnose, and treat patients for a variety of superbugs and antimicrobial resistance, which are global health challenges. This program offers participants a unique opportunity to learn from experts in travel medicine, global health, and infectious diseases. This course equips primary care physicians with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to address the complex health needs of travelers and contribute to improving global health outcomes. By staying current with the latest developments in travel medicine and understanding the broader context of global health challenges, participants can enhance their ability to provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations in an increasingly interconnected world.
