Bergamo Advanced Mini-Fellowship in Revision Rhinoseptoplasty (2015). Dr. Robotti performs three surgeries as part of the May 2015 Bergamo Advanced Mini-Fellowship in Revision Rhinoseptoplasty. Each surgery begins with a thorough preoperative examination of clinical photos, CT scans, and 3D imagery to fully demonstrate the clinical analysis and subsequent precise planning for each patient.

- Dr. Robotti performs three surgeries as part of the May 2015 Bergamo Advanced Mini-Fellowship in Revision Rhinoseptoplasty. Each surgery begins with a thorough preoperative examination of clinical photos, CT scans, and 3D imagery to fully demonstrate the clinical analysis and subsequent precise planning for each patient. Dr. Robotti takes the viewer from markings, incision and dissection to placement of grafts, including harvest of of rib and temporalis fascia in the secondary cases, and finally to dressing and postoperative photos with discussion of results. In each case, Dr. Robotti explains the instruments he uses and shares his rationale for his preferences, as well as tips to maximize the use of available septum and to avoid complications. Dr. Robotti explains how the different complexities presented by each case, including previous trauma and previous surgery, impact surgical plans and outcome.

- Secondary Rhinoplasty After Prior Septoplasties With Residual Deviation and Drooping Tip (Laminated Rib, Tip-plasty)
- Secondary Rhinoplasty in Crooked Nose, Asymmetric Dorsum, and Weak Tip Cartilages (Modified Extracorporeal Septoplasty, Rib, Temporalis Fascia DCF, Tip Reconstruction)
- Post-Traumatic Short Nose With Osteocartilaginous Hump and Wide Bridge (Extracorporeal Septoplasty)
