ARRS High-Resolution 2D and 3D MR Imaging of Medium and Small Joints 2024
This online course will provide insight into high-resolution MR imaging of wrist, fingers, ankle, toes, and elbow joints that have received less attention in lerature and with routine use of 2D and 3D MR imaging. Expert guidance from faculty who are from different tertiary care institutions, that are experienced in medium and small joint MRI and 3D MRIs will provide guide participants with the best insight into high-resolution of 2D and 3D MR imaging of medium and small joints
Learning Outcomes and Modules
After completing this course, the learner should be able to:
- Recognize new advancements in 2D and 3D MRI of medial and small joints for fast and high-resolution imaging.
- Discuss how isotropic 3D MRI is useful in creating structure-specific reconstructions.
- Explain 3D MRI in routine MSK protocols for a practicing radiologist.
- Describe MRI-arthroscopy (surgery) correlations for the benefit of multi-disciplinary learning, patient care, and improved patient diagnosis.
